Project Overview:

BTRi is driving construction innovation to uplift the safety and effectiveness of lifting operations through collaboration with We Guard Technology Limited to introduce WISE LOTS (Wise Lifting Operation Tracking System), a technology-driven digital platform that transforms the management of lifting operations and lifting appliances and lifting gear (LALG), enhancing site safety, regulatory compliance, traceability, and transparency across the construction industry. 

Key Features:

1. Secure Identity Registration & Digital Certification – Provides secure identity registration for professional personnel and supports electronic issuance, authentication, and verification of LALG certificates, replacing traditional paper-based processes and improving the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of compliance checks.  

2. End-to-End Equipment Traceability – Provides lifecycle tracking of LALG across multiple projects through tamper-resistant smart tags, capturing inspection, usage, certification, personnel, time, and location records.  

3. Real-Time Compliance Monitoring – Enables project teams to monitor equipment status, certificate validity, and compliance requirements in real time, supporting proactive risk management and safer lifting operations. 

Key Achievement:

Successfully promoted and demonstrated WISE LOTS in a pilot project as an innovative digital governance solution for lifting operations, delivering end-to-end equipment traceability, streamlined certification management, and real-time compliance oversight. The platform enhances transparency, strengthens regulatory compliance, improves operational efficiency, and supports safer lifting operations across construction projects.
