No. Other suppliers must obtain authorization with the supplier that holds the CPAS certificate.
The Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) and the Architectural Services Department (ArchSD) have participated in CPAS pilot projects. Other departments shall recognise the certificate as proof of compliance with public works requirements.
Yes. BTRi maintains an online directory of approved products on the CPAS platform, accessible to the public. The database includes key product information and certificate status to support procurement and verification.

FAQ
Any legal entity engaged in the production and supply of MiC modules may apply for this accreditation scheme to become an accredited MiC Manufacturer. Prerequisites for Accreditation Application are presented in Section 3 in the MiC-MAS handbook. Some key requirements for eligibility are shown below:
The Applicant shall obtain relevant permits for MiC module production to fulfil the statutory and regulatory requirements.
The Applicant shall submit supporting documents, such as the lease agreement, land register or other proofs, to demonstrate the permitted use of the land for MiC module production during the validity period of the certificate.
There are two types of certificates: Full Certificate and Provisional Certificate.
For Full Certificate, the applicant shall provide evidence to support that at least one MiC project has been completed within two years before the application of each structural type. In addition, there shall be MiC module production activities within 12 weeks before the application. The production activities can be for a certain period rather than continuously.
For Provisional Certificate, the applicant shall produce a trial batch of at least five MiC modules within two years before the application.
All applicants will be assessed against eight categories of technical requirements, which include:

3. Infrastructure Management
4. Human Resource Management
5. Material Management
6. Process and Product Quality Monitoring
7. Logistics Management
8. MiC Promotion
Yes, BTRi Patron members are eligible for a 10% discount on the MiC-MAS accreditation fees, as well as on other BTRi accreditation, certification schemes, and events.
