Chairperson of BTRi Explores the Future of Construction Technology at Australian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong (AustCham) Event

Ir HON Chi-keung, Chairperson of BTRi, attended an insight event organised by the AustCham on Monday, 17 November. Delivering a keynote speech titled “Innovating Hong Kong’s Skyline: The Future of Construction Technology”, Ir Hon explored how cutting-edge technology can drive the future development of the construction industry.

During the event, Ir Hon shared BTRi’s latest initiatives in construction innovation and technologies. He elaborated on how BTRi enhances the productivity and cost-effectiveness in the construction industry through three strategic areas — Driving Applied R&D, Standards Advancement, and Accreditation, Certification, and Testing. Furthermore, BTRi will continue to foster local and global collaboration to promote Hong Kong’s construction technologies on the world stage.
