Commissioned by the Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD), the Building Technology Research Institute (BTRi) collaborates with The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) to develop a Technical Specification for Robotic Welding of High-Strength Steel. This specification standardizes welding procedures, qualifications, and quality control for fabrication shops and construction sites.
