Shenzhen Green and Intelligent Construction Association : Foster Mutual Learning and Exchange of Cutting-Edge Technologies Between The Two Regions
On 18 November 2025, Shenzhen Green and Intelligent Construction Association (深圳市綠色與智能建造學會) led a delegation comprising leaders from 13 member organisations to visit the Building Technology Research Institute (BTRi). Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on recent key research outcome and technological innovation achievements. The mutual sharing of experiences laid the foundation for future collaborative development and deeper cooperation.
During the exchange, BTRi highlighted the latest market opportunities in Hong Kong, with particular focus on how Mainland enterprises could leverage existing schemes – including the Construction Product Accreditation Scheme (CPAS) and Modular Integrated Construction Manufacturer Accreditation Scheme (MiC-MAS) - to introduce high-quality, cost-effective products and technologies into the Hong Kong and international markets. Both sides expressed their vision that more Mainland enterprises would leverage Hong Kong’s platform to "go global" and seize further opportunities.
