Feasibility Study on the Integration of High-Quality, Cost-Effective E&M Materials and Equipment in Hospital Development
Project Overview:
This study explores the potential of adopting high-quality, cost-effective E&M (electrical and mechanical) materials and equipment from mainland China and international markets, which have no prior local application experience, in a pilot hospital project. The Building Technology Research Institute (BTRi) will conduct a comprehensive analysis of the proposed solutions based on technical information and reference cases provided by the contractor. Professional recommendations will be provided to assist the contractor in addressing critical issues related to quality and cost-effectiveness.
Key Achievement:
Under the premise of ensuring high standards of performance and quality, expand the range of global E&M materials and equipment options available for hospital construction to enhance the cost-effectiveness of the pilot hospital project.
