Responsibilities:

• Assist supervisor and to formulate strategy on the development of innovative solutions for the construction industry;
• Monitor the R&D projects progress, including technical and financial aspects and other project administrative tasks;
• Prepare related documentation, including tender documents, proposals and reports;
• Collaborate with other researchers, industrial partners, local and overseas universities and other stakeholders;
• and Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or above preferably in construction related disciplines;
• Working experience related to construction industry is highly preferred;
• Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills, pro-active and can work independently with high sense of responsibility;
• and Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a 5-day work week and attractive remuneration package i.e. medical benefits and annual leave to the successful candidates. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
