Responsibilities:
- Assist supervisor and to formulate strategy on the development of innovative solutions for the construction industry;
- Monitor the R&D projects progress, including technical and financial aspects and other project administrative tasks;
- Prepare related documentation, including tender documents, proposals and reports;
- Collaborate with other researchers, industrial partners, local and overseas universities and other stakeholders;
- and Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or above preferably in construction related disciplines;
- Working experience related to construction industry is highly preferred;
- Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills, pro-active and can work independently with high sense of responsibility;
- and Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a 5-day work week and attractive remuneration package i.e. medical benefits and annual leave to the successful candidates. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement public relations strategies to maintain the public image of the company;
- Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, managing social media channels and maintaining company website;
- Oversee and support the development of publicity and branding related design materials;
- Organise company events, such as seminars, duty visits and networking events;
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to execute public relations and marketing programs; and
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or above preferably in public relations, marketing, communication or related disciplines;
- More than 3 years of relevant working experience;
- Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills, pro-active and can work independently with high sense of responsibility;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; and
- Experience in communication design will be an advantage.
