Collaboration and Piloting

  • BTRi serves as an institute dedicated to the construction industry in driving applied R&D in Hong Kong. We believe that the key to successfully promoting applied R&D lies in fostering robust collaborative partnerships with industry associations both domestically and internationally, as well as universities, the government entities and private sector. To achieve this, we will strategically identify high-impact applied R&D projects and, in collaboration with our stakeholders, provide support to these projects through matching and piloting applications in suitable public works projects through close liaison with the government, followed by an extension of these applications into the private sector.
